THE DANCER is an uplifting and humanizing look at what it means to be a refuge in today’s world. This is a coming-of-age account of Ahmad Joudeh, who grew up in Damascus with dreams of becoming a dancer. THE DANCER explores the inspiring and hopeful pursuit of personal expression in the most dangerous of circumstances and the power of art to transcend war and suffering.
